Welcome to the new CCAC wordmark!
The CCAC wordmark is the new look for 14 CCACs across Ontario. The 13 new executive directors are already using this new look on their letterhead and business cards as well as in local communications about transition.
The wordmark was developed by the Communications Work Group, after consultation with CCAC communicators and leadership. The discussion focused on what look would reflect principles of openness, access and clarity as well as what colour would reflect a new, fresh, open approach. This wordmark was approved by PPWG and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
This standard wordmark offers an opportunity to leverage recognition across the province so that clients, regardless of where they are in the province, will see and visually experience the same “entry point”. The wordmark will be on signage, web cover pages, stationery and a range of other business tools. The geo-specific CCAC name, such as Champlain, Erie St. Clair and so on, are noted right within the wordmark. There is also a generic version of the wordmark, as above, which may be used on printed material or at work sites where deemed appropriate by the executive director.
The Visual Identity Guide and the Style Guide are tools that define the usage of the wordmark and the standards for communicating. The 13 new executive directors will provide management oversight within their respective CCACs, to make sure the integrity of the wordmark is maintained.
